Garage door injuries are unfortunately an all too common workplace occurrence. While some precautions and safety measures exist, nothing currently compares to what we offer. We currently offer four versions of this one of a kind solution:

Basic Manual Garage, Dock, & Roll Up Door Safety Arms

This version of our overhead door stopper is our most basic option. It is 10’ high, and includes a safety arm on either side of the garage door for optimal support. The two (2) arms are attached to the garage door track using provided clamps, which are designed to fit in a standard 2” garage door track. If you need additional sizes, custom mounting options are available upon request.

Using the door safety device requires the garage door to first be opened high enough to allow the arms to pass underneath. At this point, the arms are manually unlocked and swung into position below the garage door. Finally, they are securely locked into place to prevent any movement.

Manual Garage, Dock, & Roll Up Door Safety Arms with LED Lights

This version of our overhead door stopper is similar to the Basic Manual option, with the addition of an LED light system. The LED lights offer an extra layer of protection by indicating to the operator when the safety arms are properly in place. The device is also 10’ high, and includes two (2) safety arms on either side of the garage door. These arms are attached using provided clamps, which are designed to fit in a standard 2” garage door track. Additional sizes and custom mounting options are available upon request.

The garage door must first be opened high enough for the arms to be able to fit underneath. At this point, the arms can be manually unlocked and swung into position below the garage door, and they can then be securely locked into place to prevent any movement.

The LED light system is used as an extra safety indicator. Once the arms are in place, the GREEN LED light will turn on to indicate that the safety arms are properly in place. A RED LED light will turn on to indicate when the arms are retracted.

Semi-Automatic Garage, Dock, & Roll Up Door Safety Arms with LED Lights

As with the other systems, this option is also 10’ high and comes with two (2) safety arms on either side of the garage door, which are attached using provided clamps. These clamps are designed to fit in a standard 2” garage door track, and additional sizes and custom mounting options are available upon request.

The garage door is first opened high enough for the arms to be able to fit underneath. This system uses an electric cylinder that is connected to the arms, as well as an electrical box with a selector switch, to move the arms in and out. The GREEN and RED LED lights are use as safety indicators, with the GREEN light indicating that the arms are properly in position, and the RED light to let the user know that they are not.

Automatic Garage, Dock, & Roll Up Door Safety Arms with LED Lights

This system is the most advanced option we offer. It is also 10’ high, and comes with two (2) safety arms, one on either side of the garage door. These arms are attached using provided clamps, which are designed to fit in a standard 2” garage door track. Custom mounting options are also available upon request.

The garage door is first opened high enough for the arms to fit underneath. This system uses an electrical cylinder that is connected to the safety arms, as well as an electrical box. It relies on an existing garage door opener, and once the door opener is pressed, the door will open until the supplied limit switch is tripped. At this point, the safety arms automatically extend into position. The safety arms will retract automatically when the garage door is shut using the garage door opener.

The LED light system is the same as the others. The GREEN LED light will let you know that the safety arms are in position, while the RED LED light will let you know when they are not.
